这个年代的矛盾

新年伊始，让我们慢慢思考，沉着的反省。。。

这是去年读到的文章，西藏名言语录（听说）。

The paradox of our age

We have bigger house, but smaller families；
More conveniences, but less time；
We have more degrees,but less sense；
More knowledge, but less judgement；
More experts, but more problems；
More medicines, but less healthiness；

We've been all the way to the moon and back,
But have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor.
We built more computers to hold more info, to produce more copies than ever,
But have less communication.
We have become long on quantity, but short on quality.

These are times of fast foods, but slow digestion；
Tall man, but short character;
Steep profits, but shallow relationships.

It's a time when there is much in the window, but nothing in the room.

我们这个年代的矛盾

我们的房子越来越大,但家庭成员越来越少；
生活越来越方便，时间越来越少；
更多的学位，但正确判断力越少；
更多的知识，正义却越来越少；
愈多的专家，也愈多问题；
愈多的药物，健康也愈差；

我们不辞万里登陆月球又回到地球，却有困难过街跟新邻居打个招呼；
我们的科技越来越发达，能够装下爆炸的资讯；
但，日益萎缩的沟通，我们变得太重视量而忽略了质。

这是一个速食的时代，但缓慢的消化系统；
高个子却短人格；深厚的利益但浅薄的人际关系。

现在到这样的年代，从窗外（外在）看起来好像有很多东西，
房间里头（内在）却什么也没有。



我们有的是钱！钱！钱！！！没有的也是钱！



多关照身心，就不再矛盾。
