那天,一封伊妹儿写着“阿虎“ 二字。全文大意如下:
I found very interesting description regarding "AHO".
As you know, "AHO" was used and called to someone who could not work correctly and/or as expectation 。Then I got the mail that he summarized what was "AHO".
I want to share with you and please consider your current job style.
- AHO can not recognize the position of our Business, Operation and Company totally.
- AHO does not try to change the worse condition (improve) and to create the value, NO INTENTION.
- AHO is slow for anything and push back the item easily.
- AHO can not do strategical thinking and does not have the target so then their job/output is always lazy.
- AHO does not know the public (Boss's understanding : customer demand/needs), does not perform the benchmark
and does not think that it is important.
- AHO does not draw (plan) own figure of business
Please take note and keep those in you mind.

他其实就只是想骂全体同仁一个字:“笨”。
其实,我只是不明白上级如果一直灌输负面信息,辱骂员工没有希望,笨等等,他的员工会有好的表现吗?
如果是整体制度产生了问题?为何上级又从来不检讨理事会?看看是哪里出了问题,而单方面的一直责怪别人,却又不自己检讨。难怪日本红军就是让人有一个印象--封闭,保守。
如果他可以效法外国某公司的激励政策比如,全体裸露上班,或许会有不一样的业绩效率。。。哈哈

很不对劲吧这个老板。管理需要了解人性,要不然,是没用的。
这里有很多这样不对劲的人列,所以,走为上计。。哈哈
