I found very interesting description regarding "AHO".
As you know, "AHO" was used and called to someone who could not work correctly and/or as expectation 。Then I got the mail that he summarized what was "AHO".
I want to share with you and please consider your current job style.
- AHO can not recognize the position of our Business, Operation and Company totally.
- AHO does not try to change the worse condition (improve) and to create the value, NO INTENTION.
- AHO is slow for anything and push back the item easily.
- AHO can not do strategical thinking and does not have the target so then their job/output is always lazy.
- AHO does not know the public (Boss's understanding : customer demand/needs), does not perform the benchmark
and does not think that it is important.
- AHO does not draw (plan) own figure of business
